Daca la nivel mental esti pe directia acestui tel si-l identifici ca fiind realizabil, atunci si organismul va reactiona pozitiv.

Insa, daca psihic nu esti pregatit, atunci exista si optiunea pastilelor sau tabletelor de slabit.  Multi sunt impotriva pastilelor de slabit si merg pe ideea abandonarii acestora si adoptarii unui regim sanatos de viata. Totusi, lumea n-a inteles ca defapt este logic si normal ca acestea doua sa mearga mana in mana. Tot ceea ce presupune efort minim cu rezultate spectaculoase intotdeauna va fi cauza unor serioase probleme de sanatate. And this is how i start my foray into the mysteries of time, recalling some proverbs and quotes about it. So the time can mold according to our lives and depends on how you use it. Si-mi incep incursiunea in tainele timpului, reamintind cateva proverbe si citate despre acesta. Deci timpul se poate mula vietii noastre in functie de modul in care il folosim. Daca realizam ca a-ti preocupa vremea facand ceea ce trebuie atunci cand este momentul oportun, timpul va deveni camaradul tau la fericire. Altfel vei suferi vesnicia acestuia in suferinta caci suferinta este mai lunga decat orice chiar daca timpul, in intelepciunea Sa, sta, uneori, in loc ca sa-ti aduci pasii pe calea cea dreapta.

Pentru ca timpul a fost, este si va fi trecator, pentru ca fuge undeva si nimic nu-l poate determina sa se mai intoarca, omul a gandit sa-l materializeze intr-un fel sau altul. Dar cum n-a fost posibil a reusit doar sa-l masoare. Asadar ceasul a fost creat ca sa inmagazineze secunde, minute, ani de amintiri daruite de timp.

Ajunsi la varsta la care lucrurile prind viata in mainile fiului meu, cand logica si finetea asupra mediului inconjurator, creste in dimensiuni, ne-am indreptat atentia spre altfel de jucarii copii.

La prima vedere nu este usor sa gasesti jucarii copii potrivite celor de 2 ani si ceva. Unele sunt interzise pana la 3 ani, altele sunt prea monotone, avand la dispozitie doar cateva elemente de descoperit ca, mai apoi, sa fie aruncate cat colo, lasate uitarii si prafului. Insa cel mai greu pare sa fie a-i satisface copilului, extrem de curios si nimicitor de activ, in contrast cu tine, care nu reusesti mereu sa tii pasul cu el, macar partial, interesele specifice varstei.
