Cum te lasi de fumat? How do we quit smoking?
M-am caznit o zi sa ma las de fumat. A fost bine pana am incercat o tigara…bleahhh…oribila. Si totusi fumam din ea ca sa n-o irosesc.
Asadar, incet, incet, m-am reapucat. Dar nu cu aceeasi frecventa insa totusi..am facut-o. Iar cineva mi-a spus ca o singura tigara e deajuns sa o iau de la capat…cica s-a scris o dit-ai cartea despre procesul asta.
Deci, in concluzie, pentru cine stie, cum ma las de fumat: brusc sau treptat? Arunc tigarile pe geam si gata? Sau mai pufai cate una asa de dragul gestului pana la las? Chiar nu le mai suport.

I labored a day to quit smoking. It was fine until I tried one cigarette … bleahhh … horrible. But no smoke from it to waste.
So slowly, I restarted it. But not with the same frequency but still .. I did it. And someone told me that one cigarette is enough to take it over again … they say it has been written a book about the whole process.
So, in conclusion, for who knows, how do I quit smoking: suddenly or gradually? Throw cigarettes out the window and stop? Or I whiff a cigarette from once to a while for the gesture sake untill I quit? I just can’t stand these anymore.
